Our costs to hire Brickwall House and its beautiful grounds for the day (24 hours) are £3500. This gives you access to the property from 10am - 5pm the day before the wedding to decorate. On the day of your wedding the venue will be available from 9am - 11pm and an extension can also be obtained for a small fee. If you decide to have a midweek wedding (Wed or Thurs) we can also offer a discount on the venue hire to bring this in at £3000.

The catering costs are from £42.95 per head for a 3-course meal from our in-house caterer Kitchen of Kent. However, they also do plenty of budget-friendly options, such as BBQs, buffets and an afternoon tea option. Alcohol can be brought in by yourselves for the daytime drinks and wedding breakfast, without corkage and the caterers will serve this free of charge. For the evening bar, they can also provide a paid bar for your guests (you can add money to this if you wish so your guests don’t have to pay for drinks). A late licence can also be obtained until 1am at a cost of £500 (normal finish 11pm).
