When I made an order for 2 scrolls, I messaged the seller asking if I could change my mind on the colour and if they could be sent fast as I needed them very last minute. Kerli made both requests sound like no trouble at all and had sent them by the next morning. They arrived super quickly and I cannot believe how perfect they are! Not an ounce of detail has been missed and even the packaging is delightful; rose petals and a personal message of thanks.
