My partner and I decided to get married but due to circumstances had very little time to organise a wedding ring. The one I chose at Bejouled was going to take 5 weeks to make but Darren went totally above and beyond our expectations by completing the ring in less than three weeks and we picked it up on the day of the wedding. Absolutely first class service from Darren, whom I highly recommend. He took a mould of my wife's engagement ring to make a wedding band & it was stunning! He also made my ring, unfortunately just before the wedding I found out that it didn't fit properly anymore. Now this is where Darren truly excelled & went above & beyond customer service where he happily made me new ring at no additional cost. Also providing me with a temporary 'emergency' ring for my wedding & honeymoon. Darren truly looks out for his customers & provides a first class service. If you want the best customer service, after care & quality jewellery....he's your guy. Top class!

Just picked up our wedding rings. Darren helped with the whole process as we had no idea what we wanted. Everything was made easy (even with the ridiculous amount of options Darren has available☺️) and what we have walked away with is perfect! Both made just for us and both beautiful❤️ I'm delighted. Darren Hands down you made a stunning ring. I love my bling but dont like the heaviness of some metals but you met all the needs and requirements i asked. Infact i woulf say u did more than what i expected � thank you once again!

I dealt with Darren on a completely one off engagement ring for my now fiancee involving a very hard to source uncut diamond. From start to finish dealing with Darren was great. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic as well as adding his own thoughts and ideas. I am based in London but communication was easy and nothing was too much trouble.
