Phil is an excellent photographer and provides a very personable service. We booked him for our wedding without much notice and Phil made us feel at ease with his experience and approach. Between booking Phil and the 'Big Day' he had visited a couple of locations we had chosen to view them and recommend the photos that could be taken there. On the wedding day Phil took excellent photos whilst easily managing us and the guests. During the ceremony Phil wasn't intrusive when taking his photos and he also allocated time and allowed the guests to take their own photos when available. During the reception Phil helped co-ordinate the guests so that the group shots we had requested were taken and he also took excellent photos without people noticing. Phillip was our wedding photographer and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. He was with us the whole day from getting ready right up to the first dance. The photos were perfect and Phillip was a complete professional throughout. We had a meeting before the wedding to discuss our needs and he made us feel completely at ease with him as our photographer. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

After finding PJL and choosing them for our wedding photography, we met up with Phil for our engagement shoot. We instantly felt at ease and were very happy with our choice of photographer. Phil had a relaxed approach with us, which is exactly what we wanted. Our engagement shoot was fun and got us used to working with the camera. We got lots of compliments on our engagement shoot pictures from family and friends. Phil then spent time with us, viewing the wedding venue in advance and asking us what pictures and styles of photos we would like. On our wedding day, Phil and his team were excellent and took pictures I didn't even realise until the prints came through. Unobtrusive and very friendly. We had a mix of 'formal' photos and relaxed shots with people talking, laughing and having fun. We are very happy with the wedding photos as they are the style that we wanted. Again, we have had many, many compliments on them.

We had a great experience of having Phil as our wedding photographer. The pre wedding engagement shoot gave us a good idea of the type of shots we would like on the day and it also helped us get to know Phil. On the big day itself Phil was very thorough and efficient at taking the photos and made sure lots of special little moments were captured, like my dad making the final touches to his speech! Phil's calm and friendly manner made the whole experience of having our photos taken relaxed and enjoyable. We could not be more happy with the wedding photos we have received, and we would highly recommend Phil for taking anyones wedding photographs.
