Jackie Housley Photography Full Description

I love to capture those behind the scenes moments that will make the memories of your special day complete - the best man nervously rehearsing his speech, a candid look from the groom as he sees his bride for the first time - the details are what the memories of the day are made of and it is my pleasure to capture them for you. Organising a wedding can be time consuming so my packages are as straight forward as possible and they include at least one pre-wedding consultation so that we can sit down and discuss your special day. Sample albums are on hand for inspiration and I am happy to visit the wedding venue with you so that we can run through ideas together. Once your special day is over, I will creatively edit your photographs using a mixture of black and white and colour to capture the story of your wedding day from bridal preparation through to when the party begins! My approach is to be unobtrusive, friendly and for you to feel relaxed and comfortable around me. I have been told on several occasions, that I have felt like part of the family on the day – after all, I am sharing one of your most important days! I am proud to say that many of my bookings have come through recommendations from previous clients.

Jackie and Dave are lovely and the photos from our wedding day were absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend them

My husband had always said he didn't want a professional photographer if we ever got married, 'because they get in the way and take pretentious photos that no one wants to see'. I insisted that we needed someone to help us look the best we could in any photos as we both do not photograph well! Deciding on Jackie (& Dave) was easy, we got on well and liked the samples she showed us. From the first meeting through the 'practice' shoot to the big day, they were very helpful and made it easy to relax and forget they were there. Now that we've seen the photos and passed a few around, we've both very glad we chose them - the photos are amazing and everyone said how great Jackie and Dave were on the day. I would definitely recommend them, and enlist them again!
