Tru Groove

Wow! Tru Groove played at our wedding Saturday and they were seriously everything we could have wished for. They are the best band we could have had and all our guests thought so too. So many guests said they were the best they’ve ever seen and been passed their details for future events. They were completely faultless, dance floor was packed all night and the sing and dance offs were an added bonus. Thank you from the bottom of your hearts for making our wedding the best day of our lives. Love mr and Mrs Williams xx

Tru Groove performed at our wedding on 21st December 2018. From the start Tasita was so easy to communicate with - we had several calls before the wedding day which completely put me at ease as she was able to answer every query I had. This also made the whole process completely seamless with regards to their set up up on the wedding day and the timings of performances etc. It was a slick operation. We were quite specific with our requirements and song choices too, but Tru Groove completely hit the mark with their fantastic performances. From the first dance to the unbelievable garage medley and their set in-between performances, everything was absolutely perfect. They created the crazy party atmosphere we wanted and the dance floor was completely rammed the whole night! We’ve had such lovely comments on Tru Groove’s performance from our wedding guests who loved dancing the night away as we did. In fact, relatives have gone on to book them for their upcoming wedding! We couldn’t recommend them more! xx

I generally am not the kind of person who writes reviews, ( I normally cannot be bothered if I am totally honest). However for Tru Groove I had to make an exception and share with you my sensational experience. I hired Tasita and Stuart to entertain a small group of my closest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday (14th November 17). Well it's safe to say thanks to this gifted duo we had an awesome time. The room came alive with Tasita's effortless vocals and Stuart's passionate control of the keyboard. It wasn't long before they had us all dancing , singing and behaving like teenagers rather than middle aged women. Thank you both for making it my best EVER birthday celebration. Wishing you well. Tru Groove were amazing and turned our wedding reception into a proper party. They are incredibly talented and also lovely to deal with. We just wanted to express again our gratitude for an incredible performance at our wedding at Blaisdon Hall last month. Whilst I had hoped for big things, you surpassed our expectations in every way. Having been to over 60 weddings myself over the last 15 years, I can easily say (without bias to my own wedding!) that you are the best wedding entertainment I have seen. Your amazing musical talent was clear from the second you started, and your combination of that, with the ability to interact with our friends and family and get everyone involved was unforgettable. Tru Groove played at our wedding and everyone loved them! They are incredible with the audience and had everyone up on the dance floor from their first song right up until their last song. Thank you so very much for your amazing performances over the last couple of days at our wedding celebrations. You not only blew the roof off the castle but had everyone swinging off the chandeliers back home in Wales! You were exceptional. Tru groove really made our day feel special. I don't know where to start lol We had Tas and Stu for our church ceremony and evening reception. We had chosen a song that really meant something to us (kissing you- deseree) for our walk down the Isle song, so we're quite reluctant at first to have anybody sing it! But because we knew what an amazing voice Tas had, and how Stu was a stevie wonder on those keys, we thought that there was no way it wouldnt sound the same.... But it wasn't just that, it was BETTER than either of us could have imagined. That feeling, walking to the top of the alter, shaking with nerves, overcome with emotion, my dad in tears and pretty much all of our guests in tears too lol, that was the effect Tas' vocals had on everybody. It was all emotional tears of joy and love and I truely feel that If we didn't have them both perform that song for us, the emotional connection we all felt wouldn't have been the same. You both truly made our wedding special. Along with that, they sang and played a few other songs that were just as amazing during the ceremony, which bought it all together. And on to the evening, along with the other band members they bought the evening to life with entertainment! And at one point I was confused with the schedule not knowing what we were doing next, and to my ease, Tas announced what was happening, the cake cutting, the first dance which really helped us get into the swing of the celebrations! They are all so helpful, very professional and a joy to have perform! I would recommend Tru Groove to anybody wanting any type of music for any type of event because they cater for all.
