Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you initially contact us, we will reply with any further questions before creating a custom quote and requesting a deposit. The deposit is required to hold the date. Once this is paid, we will confirm with you the music you wish to hear and any other details of the day which are important to you. Two weeks before, we will confirm all these details. On the day we will arrive in advance to set up. The balance of the is payable either on or before the day itself. Afterwards, we will contact you to request a review and ensure that you were happy with our services.
