Hi, Welcome to our page! We're an acoustic jazz and soul duo from Brighton. We're made up simply of female vocals and an acoustic guitar to create our relaxed, atmospheric sound. We regularly play at venues in and around Brighton such as The Grand Hotel, Cafe Rouge, Le Nantais Bistro and Stanmer House as well as playing for private events and accompanying events for companies and organisations such as East Sussex County Council and Pegasus. We use a full quality PA which is regularly used and we also provide background music for our breaks between sets (if applicable). We're available to hire for: Weddings In the ceremony we can provide up to 6 song requests of your choice if you wish or take your pick from our selection of songs in our set list. In addition we can also play as the guests are being seated beforehand. In the reception we can play for up to 3 hours worth of our music whether it's when your guests are mingling in a drinks reception or during dinner. Was a delight to have Melissa & Reece at Browns Bar & Brasserie to see in the New Year. Beautiful sound and great song choices and we can't wait to have them back. My daughter Hannah and I saw Melissa & Reece at Browns on Mother's day. After hearing a couple of songs we knew that we wanted them to play at her wedding at Pangdean on 31 March. They were fantastic, they are two very talented artists. The sound and song choice was perfect, we had so many positive comments from our guests. I could have sat for hours listening to them.
