From the first appointment that I had at Lisa Rose Bridal the ladies were amazing, they were so friendly and helpful. They listened to everything I said and really helped me in deciding between two dresses I loved to ensure that I made the right decision. They always kept me updated of what was going on as I also had the bridesmaid dresses and men's accessories from them too. They were all so genuine, caring and they seemed so excited for me too. The seamstress Sam was just as amazing too!

Wonderful experience had at the NEC show in Birmingham. No pressure felt from anyone and great advice given about dress shapes etc. Found my dress at the show and loved visiting the shop, beautiful building and interior.

From booking the appointment to leaving the shop having collected my dress nothing was too much trouble for the ladies in the shop. The dress I choose was one that I had seen online and it was exactly as I wanted especially after trying on 4 or 5 dresses beforehand. Once I choose the dress the ladies really helped me celebrate with some bubbly and did not rush me out of the dress! I honestly cannot fault the service. The seamstress was very attentive and made sure I was completely happy!

Kyla and all the ladies bent backwards for me. I felt like I was the only bride in the room and they made everything so special and exciting for me. They were truly patient kind honest and professional. The customer service was second to none! I felt like I knew the ladies and that they knew me more than me just being a customer. Everything was so personalised to me. They made every effort to go out of the way for me. I felt so special and lucky to have them helping me find 'the dress'

I gave it six because I feel the communication was let down a little due to my appointment being cancelled twice ,however we resolved the matter and apart from that I feel that Lisa Rose bridal shop are very nice people , and it's a lovely shop and was lovely atmosphere .

The ladies at the bridal shop were fantastic, they understood exactly what I wanted and the first dress I tried on was the dress I brought.
