Clifford Burr Bridal

Lorraine and Becky from Clifford Burr were so helpful in helping me find my dress after, what felt like, trying on all of the dresses all over the country. The dresses were all in good condition and I had a better experience here than any of the other shops i went to.

My dress was probably the thing I loved the most about my wedding day! Everybody said how beautiful it was and the experience of buying it and coming in for fittings was just as amazing because all the staff at Clifford Burr are so friendly and welcoming!

Clifford Burr bridal was the first, and only, shop I visited to find my wedding dress. I went not expecting much but Becky and team (including the designer Jean Fox) suggested a variety of styles for me to try on. I fell in love with a Jean Fox make but was set on having strapy, Jean and Becky designed these for me. I got my perfect dress with absolutely no stress! Thanks Clifford Burr x

I’ve been to quite a few wedding shops, both in Oslo (where I now live) and Hertfordshire (where I’m from). This was without a doubt the best place I went to look for “The One”!!! It was such a beautiful shop, with lovely little individual fitting rooms and comfy chairs for my guests to sit on. They offered us a cup of tea immediately which is such a small thing, but SO appreciated (and we’d got that nowhere else!) The owner, Becky, was so friendly and did everything she could to pick out dresses in a style I liked. We ended up saying yes to the dress really quickly - and it was easy when I could buy it Off the peg for a 70% discount!!! This meant even though it wasn’t quite the right size, I had a good budget to get it altered (and they work with a fantastic seamstress). All in all a fantastic experience and highly recommended!!!

The dresses were beautiful and looked amazing on the day. The veil completed the brides outfit and was stunning. Fantastic service the staff are so friendly and efficient

At what should be a very exciting and happy time shopping for your wedding dress for me it was a total mix of emotions having found out days before my visit to Clifford Burr that my mother is terminally ill... the lovely Becky made our experience such a wonderful and happy event. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I found my dress and purchased it. I can not praise this bridal shop enough... they are just top notch! If you want a wonderful experience with a huge choice if dresses and styles.....go to Clifford Burr Bridal!!

Cannot recommend Becky or Clifford burr enough ! What an amazing experience! From my first visit I felt comfortable and welcome especially as they let me bring my niece who was not even 1 at the time they plied us with tea and magazines to keep us going while I tried on some amazing beautiful dresses it was like trying on dresses at a friends house 😍 Becky knee exactly what I wanted even from my vague indecisive description she helped me pick 5 dresses and I loved all of them never did I think I’d find my dream dress on a first visit! She also helped giving me discount due to my small budget and free of charge offered me a stunning head piece that’s original and different but compliments the dress beautifully! If there’s one bridal shop that knows their stuff it’s this one! I can’t speak highly enough of them xx

I went into Clifford burr 16 weeks pregnant, having not long had emergency surgery and feeling all over the place. I didn’t think I would ever find a dress but with only 9 months until the wedding I didn’t have a choice- I had to look. Becky was absolutely amazing not only on that day but throughout the whole process. Not only did I find a dress, I felt amazing in it which I didn’t think was possible (the husband was impressed too!) I will be forever grateful for Becky’s amazing work

I can't recommend clifford burr highly enough, they made the whole process so enjoyable and stress free and helped me design and fit my dream dress! They made the experience one to remember and I couldnt be more greatful, they even customised my shoes for me!!

Looking for bridesmaids dresses is difficult enough, but when you have 4 ladies with different tastes, different skin tones and different hair colours it becomes impossible! Contacting Becky I knew that Clifford Burr Bridal had the multiway dresses which would give my bridesmaids the chance to wear something more suited to their individual tastes. The best thing though was the experience of being in CB Bridal and Becky helping my bridesmaids try on different colours, finding the ones that they most suited and allowing them to try endless styles to find the ones they were happiest in. We were all made to feel completely at ease and the afternoon was a great success. Once the dresses were ordered Becky recommended a wonderful seamstress to help us get them the correct length for the big day. I cannot thank Becky & CB Bridal enough and will be recommending her to everyone preparing for their own big day!
