Getting married at a DIY venue is great! you get a blank canvas to work with and you can do whatever you like with it. Until you delve into pinterest and get information overload! Between my busy schedule and my pinterest board, I quickly realised that decorating the venue for our wedding would not be easy... Cue in Janet from Wilde and Romantic! Janet was fantastic! She helped guide our ideas and focus them on what was really important, but most importantly, she made my pinterest boards come alive! High Barn looked like the stuff of dreams once Janet was done with it, and I felt like we could have been part of a bridal magazine shoot! I could not recommend Janet enough! whether you want a rustic, romantic, vintage wedding, Janet is the person to do it! xx

Janet was an absolute dream to work with! I hired a mixture of items from table runners, to blackboards, to blankets and glassware. Everything was absolutely beautiful and Janet could not have been more helpful with making my vision come to life. After many messages sent back & forth, finally we have chosen a few items for our Wedding. You have been so helpful over the past couple of months & you are always happy to help & offer ur advice to which im very grateful. Janet recently came to our rescue after we were let down by our venue dresser at the last minute for our wedding at the Inn on the Lake and we are so glad we found her! She was amazing from start to finish. She totally understood our theme and her attention to detail was incredible! All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked and this was thanks to Janet’s hard work - from our table centrepieces, to the lakeside gazebo where we were married, to all the quirky props dotted around inside and out such as the brilliant bicycle filled with flowers and the ‘love’ ladder. She took all the stress away from us and the magic just happened and we can’t recommend her highly enough! Janet thank you so much, you really did save the day and we honestly don’t think anyone could have done a better job!

anet provided all the props and vintage china for our wedding/afternoon tea and we were completely delighted with everything! First of all, we visited Janet's showroom to choose our items – this was a great opportunity to see how everything worked together and hand-pick the ideal items. On the day, Janet set everything up so beautifully – it was a massive relief to sit back (for a few minutes!) while she organised everything on the tables. The finished effect was absolutely impeccable and complete with the props, made the marquee absolutely perfect. Thank you again, I hope we get to attend another Wilde & Romantic-styled wedding soon

I can’t put into words how beautiful my wedding venue looked at broadoaks countryhouse in the Lake District. The attention to detail was stunning and exceeded every one of my expectations. Communication on the lead up to was great and left me at such ease. The props and extras such as the leather jacket, sweet stand and prosecco station were perfect and everything I asked for Janet seemed to have.
