Dear Nigel Happy new year, hope you are well. The biggest thank you from Billy and I to you and your incredible team for the most flawless and perfect catering and running of our wedding day on Friday. We really couldn’t have asked for more, everything was amazing. I have lost count of the amount of compliments we have had from our guests with everyone saying how amazing the food was and the best they have ever had at a wedding and we completely agree it was all delicious. I don’t even know where to start with thanking you, from start to finish you just took away all the wedding stress and last weekend was literally the best weekend of my life!! I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve had regarding how smooth the day was and also how friendly and helpful all the staff were so please pass on my thanks to your team too. But I know mainly it was all down to you and your incredible professionalism that everything stayed on track!! You also made us feel very special even though I’m sure you were juggling hundreds of events and different clients the whole time it really felt like we had your undivided attention. Hi Nigel, Back to reality today, after an amazing two weeks away. Sorry I haven’t been in touch sooner but I wanted to thank you for everything you did for our wedding day. We couldn’t have wished for a better day, everything went to plan, your team was amazing, the food was exceptional and all my guests have said it’s the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I have to agree, it wasn’t what anyone would expect at a wedding, it was delicious and I cant thank you and your team enough. You personally, made me feel comfortable to sit back and enjoy my day without any worries (I am a total control freak). You were super calm, nothing was a problem and everything ran smoothly. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed my experience with Jacaranda from booking through to the end of the night on the wedding day. I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you so much. Everything that Jacaranda served looked gorgeous and tasted even better! Their tasting evening meant that we had full confidence in their service before our wedding letting us truly relax on the day. You all did an amazing job on the day, the whole team were lovely and I was so relaxed knowing you were all so on it, it was absolutely amazing. Thank you for such a professional service and fantastic food. Many of our guests said it was better than any restaurant. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Hi Julia, Thanks so much for your email – I’m not sure its all sunk in! We wanted to express our thanks to you and the whole of the Jacaranda team for everything you’ve done. It was a fantastic day and surpassed all expectations. Can you pass on an extra special thanks to the chefs as well. Not only did they deal with us over-running! (oops!) but we had so many comments saying that the food was some of, if not, the best food tasted at a wedding. The starter, lamb main and pudding were all exceptionally cooked. Dear Minty, We wanted to send you a short note to say THANK YOU so much for everything! The day itself went seamlessly and it was a huge source of comfort that you were there in the background sorting everything and I'm sure solving all sorts of problems we never saw! I know it made my parents in particular were really able to relax (eventually!) The food was amazing - we got so many compliments on the meal and the canapes. And the tables looked stunning! Thank you as well for all your advice and support in the run up to the big day. The meetings at Jacaranda, the constant random questions from me over email, the help in the days before setting up - all were invaluable for us!
