Events by Helen offer a unique service as we can not only offer individual services (like a range of mobile bars, event staff, tableware, props and venue decorators), but also bespoke packages, which reduces costs, stress and the number of suppliers needed at your venue, allowing you to relax and enjoy your big day. We offer a free consultation which will allow us to discuss your needs, suggest some ideas and get an overall picture of what you require, before working with you to make it happen, just as you imagine it. Our prices are extremely competitive as the team that can arrive to decorate your venue can then serve your arrival drinks, then your food, turn your room around, serve drinks on one of our bars then tidy up at the end. We really can do as little or as much as you need. Please give us the opportunity to make your dreams come true.

After an initial chat to establish your needs, we will provide an itemised quote (with a full breakdown of costs), then once it is to your exact specifications, we take a deposit (of 25%) then get to work planning every detail with you in as much detail as possible. We keep you updated every step of the way and can make any necessary amendments throughout as things always change along the way. The most important thing is to enjoy the journey - and our team will definitely help you do that.
