We were honestly shocked by the professionalism and standard of service you guys provided on Saturday. Everyone raves about the food, and how lovely all the staff were, including me. They always made an effort to come up to us and let us know the timings, if they could get us anything else etc. I really wasn’t expecting it to be such a fantastic experience. Just writing to say a huge thank you for all your efforts on Saturday. Everything was absolutely perfect, we had so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was and how professional the staff were. We also really appreciated all the tidying up that you did at the end of the night, we woke up on Sunday morning to find almost nothing for us to do apart from load up the car with all our decorations and enjoy our first breakfast as a married couple. Our experience was excellent; the food was delicious (many people commented as such) and with healthy portions. Your attention to detail was appreciated and the professionalism and flexibility of the team to accommodate our requests on the day was brilliant - indeed, they had already spotted 2 place name changes for the vege's before I even had told them! Genuinely though, absolutely awesome and I'll definitely be recommending you if anyone is in need of catering in the area. Honestly, We couldn't have asked for any more, so much so, I don't really know where to start. Right from the first contact, these guys have been amazing. we didn't make it easy, trying to organise our wedding from overseas, but Dimblebee Catering have been brilliant every step of the way. The team were so helpful during the day before, helping us get the marquee set up and everything in place. On the day everything ran absolutely great even when we we...re running late, nothing was a problem. The food was amazing, the team got everything absolutely spot on, from the canapes to the dinner right through to the evening BBQ,everything was just amazing. I really don't think the wedding would have half as good without these guys, they really felt like part of the wedding and were even up dancing later on! every guest commented how ace they all were. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Service and food all 5* Thank you so so so so much from the new MR & MRS Hine! ps you have to get the Porkpie and cheese cake, you will never forgive yourself if you dont!

As the dust has started to settle a little here, and finally the floors are starting to shine once more!!! Thank goodness…minimal styling in the house, does not lend itself to mess believe me…but it was a small price to pay for such a wonderful evening. On that very point, the Dimblebee team, managed somehow to find yet another gear of service performance, both from what Jo & I could see, and also that of the feedback from our guests too. So from both our hearts, a sincere thank you, the service and standards were amazing, which is never an accident to create and deliver, it is the tireless attention to detail that makes all the difference, so thank you all so so much, you made our special time, that bit more special, and then some. I can't recommend Dimblebee too highly. The food looked gorgeous and tasted delicious, the gin bar was a huge success and the Dimblebee service is outstanding. Other caterers may also serve excellent food, but what I loved about the Dimblebee team was their hands on style and understanding. They all listened ...and worked to blend the demands of bride, groom and the mother of the bride too! It's easy to appear totally committed at the first tasting session, Dimblebee showed the same level of commitment until the last glass was packed away and the job was well and truly complete. Thanks to your very efficient and very congenial team. It's very difficult to work around people in their own home but they were just a model of how to do it., unobtrusive but helpful and effective. And the food was enjoyed by everyone. So thanks for the very good work. Pete
