The Duke Of Cakes is a home-based bakery business . We specialise in rustic, but elegant wedding cakes. I am a big country girl at heart and my own wedding was a barn wedding with a relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughs! We are known for our wonderful rustic style cakes such as the semi naked and naked cakes and buttercream piped cakes. I love using fresh fruits and flowers to decorate and always pick locally if possible. I also LOVE creating fully iced designs which you can see from my gallery page. I believe your wedding cake should not only look fab but also to taste delicious from the lightest of sponges to the richest, gooiest buttercream filling! 3 tier naked cake

Louise made our wedding cake for us, and we couldn't be happier. It was exactly what we wanted, 4 tiers of pure joy! It's 2 weeks later and people are still telling me how lush the cake was! Louise you were a dream to deal with, thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Our wedding cake was AMAZING!

our wedding cake was AMAZING! everybody loved it, as it was so unique. 3 tier traditional looking on the front with decorations to match our theme. then on the back.... TA DAH the most amazing art in icing of our favourite video games and films. Definitely will be ordering from Louise for the next birthday instead of buying a shop bought one! cannot beat how personalised it is. And she's a lovely person too! nothing is too much, and she is always checking to make sure everything is ok if she's had to change anything. The cake tasted amazing- chocolate, lemon and vanilla layers all enjoyed by our guests! cannot say a big enough thank you. xx

Music theme wedding cake.

Louise made the most beautiful wedding cake at pretty short notice and we couldn't have asked for more! It was exactly as we had imagined and better! I cannot thank you enough for our perfect wedding cake. Each 3 tiers a different delicious flavour and the look was so perfect and exactly what we wanted. We met with Louise initially after she was recommended to us, where we tasted some cakes, then met again closer to the wedding, fab communication throughout and messaged me the following day of the wedding as well. So friendly and the cake was everything I wanted for my wedding. Can’t wait to use you again in the future xxx

Working with Louise was a pleasure

Working with Louise was a pleasure we had a rough idea for our cake and she was fantastic really understood what it was we wanted, as we bounced ideas around all getting very excited about it. We weren't quite sure how it would work but she went away and came back with some amazing ideas. The finishing product was more than I could of hoped for. All our guests commented on how amazing it looked and tasted (it didn’t last very long) Thank you so much
