What is your most memorable wedding?
My most memorable wedding was when I was invited and was excited to see the cake being cut as it was my very first. It was nearing the time and I needed to visit the ladies room, so off I went. By the time I got back into the hall the cake had been cut and I had missed it. :( I was gutted but as I came running into the room after seeing it being cut through the door I managed to trip on a chair leg. The bride spotted what had happened, told everybody to stop and then told the dj to announce the cake cutting again and did it all as if nothing had happened. I saw the cake being cut. This had the whole room laughing. ( I knew the bride and groom by the way )

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Relax. Everything will work out beautifully and you will have the most amazing day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A memorial for a passed loved one.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will first start with exchanging emails or phonecalls to get a few ideas together. I will then come up with a few ideas should the bride not have any and i will will draw up a sketch and put together a few different prices. We then arrange a consultation meeting and a tasting should they require one. This gives us then the opportunity to discuss details and ideas further. A contract will need signing and deposits to be paid. once these have both been done, I will not pester the couple constantly in the build up to the wedding. I will only contact you a few weeks before to finalise details and see for any changes to the original design. I will ask if you would like to see a photo of your cake the day before. if you don't no wish to see one I will arrive on the day of your wedding and set up your cake. I will then make sure everything is in place as t should be, take a few photos and then leave.
