Using only the finest ingredients Pam is passionate about creating distinctive and delicious flavour combinations, providing a taste to remember. Free cake tasting and consultations allow you to sample up to four different flavour choices, all with three layers of soft sponge cake which ooze with layers of buttercream and homemade fruit curds or jam, the award winning cakes will make your flavour choices extremely difficult. Pam has obtained distinctions in both cake decorating and patisserie, with her passion showing through on each and every cake she makes.

Making a total of 850 hydrangea buds, to trail from the top tier to the bottom and around the board, they took months on and off to make but looked stunning

Always taste samples of your chosen cakes, it’s got to taste good as well as looking wow

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Blackboards and chalks for the children, with blackboards used for table seating and signs / messages, it worked so well as they were both teachers.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I meet a lot of couples at Wedding Fairs, we speak via email to arrange a date to come to my home in Slimbridge where they sample up to four different flavour cakes, and we discuss their ideas. I am able to show them sizes of cakes, stands, various sugar flowers as I have it all at hand.
