What is your most memorable wedding?
Delivering a four tier naked cake to an estate owned by the bride’s family. The cake was set up in a converted barn where the wedding service was to be held too. The estate was huge and the venue was just beautiful.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book early! That way you can avoid any disappointment and have the supplier you want. Remember, the time of year of your wedding will make a huge difference to availability also.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I find out when the big day is, where it’s being held and what the couple wants in terms of design. We talk about the number of servings, number of tiers and cake flavours. Additional details such as equipment hire and timings are also discussed. Once the couple are happy with what they see and taste (if they request a tasting), they can put a deposit down.
