Helen I cannot thank you enough for what you did for me and my bridal party. You are such a wonderful kind woman and you are just so talented at what you do. I was so happy that you was available for my wedding and I honestly could not think of anybody else doing my makeup. What you did with your talent was amazing. You did exactly what I ask and made what I wanted just spectacular. I really did feel like a queen. Your kind words of encouragement and just your personality are just so calming. I was worried that the makeup may have came off through sweat or just the day wear but 2 days later I’m still struggling to get it all off completely 😂 If you are looking for a makeup artist then Helen is you lady! We thank you for all you created for us.

Where do I begin?! Helen was amazing from start to finish and I can’t re omens her highly enough. She did my bridal party make up for my wedding in August. Helen was calm and friendly and fitted right in! My daughter who is 2 was a little agitated and Helen gave her a brush to play with and allowed her to sit in the chair, stand by me and hold my hand - it was great! Helen went above and beyond- filming parts of my make up application, taking photos for us, helping me in to my dress and shoes and generally just being fab. My make up was amazing. I don’t wear much but I felt so comfortable in it and it lasted all day and night. I would definitely recommend Helen! We have her booked for my sister in laws weddings, too! Thank you, Helen! X

I had never had my makeup done professionally before so didn’t know what to expect. Helen made me feel right at ease and is so lovely. She has excellent knowledge and the finished product is amazing. My make up lasted all day even with tears! I would highly recommend!

Helen was an absolute dream come true on my wedding day and all the months prior. She made me feel at ease, beautiful and gave me the confidence to wall down the aisle with a big smile. All my bridesmaids and my Mum adored her. Would recommend her 100 times over and not change a thing

Getting married is such a special day in your life and you have your own ideas of what you want your day to be, including how you want to look. For me, trusting others to create the look that I wanted was a big deal, especially on a day as important as this. After researching make up artists and seeking out recommendations from people involved in my wedding preparations, I contacted Helen. Helen was professional, in a warm and approachable way. Everything was transparent, i.e. pricing, her expectations and most importantly she listened to me. Her communication was great and she was very reassuring from the start. At my make up trial, she welcomed my mum and I, and immediately put us at ease. It was like chatting to a friend that we had known for years – a credit to Helen. I was not sure how the ‘look’ would turn out, I was concerned about whether the make-up would suit my skin, would it feel overly heavy and actually would I like it. After all, photos are around for a long time! The result…a look that I wanted, colours that suited my skin, and an honest appraisal from my mum, she loved it! My husband to be (at that time) saw me later on in the day, as did others and all were very impressed. I knew I had made the right choice asking Helen, and any concerns about my make up on my wedding day were put to the back of my mind. I was extremely happy! But, it wasn’t just about putting the make up on, Helen took the time to carefully assess the look herself, take photos and asked for updates from me throughout the day. This helped to tweak one or two aspects of my make up on the wedding day which did not change the ‘look’ from the trial that I was more than delighted with. On the day of our wedding, Helen arrived on time. My two flower girls, Matron of Honour and Bridesmaid had not had trials but were all having their make up done too. The morning was relaxed, the timings were perfect and together with Gemma from Dream Bridal Hair, it was surprisingly calm. Helen created the ‘look’ again, she listened to a couple of tweaks that I wanted and true to her word, she was not happy until I was happy, which I most definitely was after she had finished. The whole wedding party were extremely pleased with the work that Helen had done. The makeup that she used lasted the whole day. My make was put on about 10am and did not come off until I took it off at 1:30am. I barely needed the top up kit that she provided, only the lipstick and a little powder. The compliments that I have received both at the wedding and from photographs that people have seen have been great. People have specifically commented on the make up and said how lovely it looks. Helen and Gemma both helped me into my wedding dress on the day. They didn’t need to do this but I found they wanted to ensure that my wedding day was ‘perfect’ and both were with me all the way to the point that I was ready to walk down the aisle. In summary, I did not know Helen before but I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone that requires a make up artist. She is professional, knows her trade very well and is extremely personable too. She has the skills to create whatever look you want and delivers the ‘total package’. Thank you so much Helen, you helped to create one of the best days of my life.

Helen did the makeup of myself and my 2 bridesmaids for my wedding on 18th April. I booked her almost 2 years ago after doing LOTS of research. She was recommended by the wedding venue and I can see why - she is amazing! I have quite sensitive, oily skin and I’m also quite particular about my makeup. I needn’t have worried though as Helen worked her magic and I absolutely loved it. My bridesmaids loved theirs too - we looked fabulous and it lasted all day and night. Helen is such a lovely girl and so easy to talk to, she had such a positive and calming effect on the wedding morning. I’m so pleased she was part of ‘Team Bride’ on such a wonderful day. Now the wedding is over I’m going to really miss her and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Where do I start, Myself and my mom went for our makeup trial not sure what to expect or what we wanted. Upon meeting Helen we were met by this friendly, bubbly lady who went through everything with us talking through what she was doing and what she recommended to go with our outfits, (I even picked up a few tips too). On the wedding day Helen arrived on time ready to go, the atmosphere was so relaxed it didn't feel like my wedding until the makeup was done and my dress was on, then wow!!!!. Helen you are an artist my makeup was fantastic and so was my moms. We had so many compliments. Helen I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my day extra special. My make-up was one of the first things I booked for our wedding, Helen was friendly and professional throughout the whole experience answering any questions I had on the run up to the big day. My trial, which I attended with my Mum was a lovely experience and a perfect opportunity to get an idea of the look I wanted. On the day Helen was a star, not only does she provide an excellent service in terms of make-up but she's a real calming presence, always making sure she's asking you how you're feeling. Helen knows exactly how to make you look and feel like a queen, I can see why her peers refer to her as the best in the biz, thank you Helen.

Having never had my make-up done professionally I was a little nervous, but following my trial, which turned out to be a relaxed & enjoyable morning, I was totally at ease about how our make-up would look - and how Helen would put everyone at ease - on the big day. My make-up, aswell as that of my two bridesmaids, looked beautiful & we had so many compliments. I cannot recommend her enough! Nothing was too much trouble & she really listened to what we wanted (& didn't want!) She put me at ease, helped me with a tiara malfunction & even took some beautiful photos for me. Lovely, talented lady - I just wish we could do it all again x
