Licensed to hold civil marriages and civil partnership ceremonies in two elegant settings, allowing your day to effortlessly unfold, whilst we take care of the organisation. If you plan to hold your ceremony at a local church or registry office we would, of course, be delighted to host your reception. Whatever arrangements you have in mind, our flexible spaces can be adapted to meet your every need. Whether you’re looking for an elegant intimate wedding or an extravagant celebration, your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will make sure no detail is overlooked. - SSharon12/07/2019Amazing day!Amazing day!Wow what can I say I spent the Friday to Sunday at this hotel for our wedding and it was unbelievable. I had afternoon tea with all the ladies on the Friday evening. The attention to detail from start to finish was spot on. The decor in the ballroom for our meal and disco was exactly as we had wanted. I had a lady who came to add the colour theme to our tables at the Earl and she was treat with the upmost respect I would recommend this lady to anyone. The staff at the Earl Of Doncaster were very attentive. Thank you so much for making our wedding the best day of our lives.... All the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. A special thank you to Pranav, you were amazing & looked after me and my husband for the entire day & made sure everything went to plan. Sue, you were fantastic & I will never forget you calming my nerves enough so I could walk down the aisle. Little details such as music being played was all in the order we'd chosen them, the tables were set out beautifully with care taken to all the finer details. Everyone's meals were delicious. All our guests were blown away by how stunning this venue is, it is truly the best by far. Our wedding was 100% perfect & we would recommend this venue to anyone for their special day. We love each and every Wedding that takes place at The Earl, and with all of them being so distinctly different, it would be impossible to choose!
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
There are plenty of scenic photo spots throughout the Hotel. Popular ones are on the Ballroom Stage and by our golden baby grand piano in the Cafe Bar Concerto Restaurant.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have not had a celebrity wedding or celebrity wedding guest, but Bob Geldof, Leona Lewis, Jeff Stelling, Tyson Fury, Harry Redknapp and Katie Price are a few of the celebrities who have visited and stayed with us over the years.
What’s your favourite canapé?
We offer a luxury canape selection with your arrival drinks. Though we love them all, our favourite has definitely got to be the 'Sweet Chilli King Prawns'.
