The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel

We both just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the staff who ran the day on Thursday, everything went perfect and was so well organised! Our guests complimented how beautiful the venue looked and also the bedrooms were amazing too! Thank you for everything once again!

We had no plans for the usual 'wedding format', just a relaxed informal affair. We gathered in the room and chatted over drinks where we weren't rushed to be seated at our table. We would therefore like you to convey our thanks please to the restaurant manager and his staff because they were superb. They were polite and unobtrusive and the service was excellent. The food was wonderful and enjoyed by all, but rather a lot of it! We retired to the lounge and the cake was brought through for us. The bar staff were equally good and managed our bar tab with ease. We couldn't fault the service we received and the room we had was gorgeous. Some of our party had to come and have 'a tour' of it after we told them how fabulous it was. We would recommend you for both food and functions. Thank you for helping to make our day special to us.

We just wanted to send a BIG thank you to you and all of the team that took part in both our wedding, and stay, at Charlecote Pheasant. We had the most amazing and special day, and it could not have been any better in any way at all. You and the team are very special people who made it all possible. We both work in jobs where team work is important and know how much time, effort and loyalty goes into it. We will go onto Trip advisor, but wondered if we could somehow write to your larger company employers to let them know how fantastic you all are ( or is there an award nomination of any kind in your company ) let us know as you deserve it. We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Charlecote Pheasant Hotel for making our wedding day so very special. A dedicated thank you especially to Debbie who was the Wedding Co-ordinator at the Charlecote who spent endless time to make sure our needs were met for our big day. Every detail and vision that we had from decorating the room - to guests catered for uniquely and not to mention the many children that were there, were met and great care to ensure that the day went smoothly, with their expert knowledge of how such an important day in our lives meant to us. We chose a buffet and hog roast for our Wedding Breakfast, and we can fully recommend and guest feedback to us and the staff was equally positive. The bridal suite and further accommodation which were fully booked out with our guests was second to none. Thank you Charlecote Pheasant – we will remember this day for the rest of our lives, not only because it was the start of our married life together but also how Charlecote made it wonderful for us in every way possible.

Dear Samantha We just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in making our wedding so special. I lost count of the number of people who commented on how lovely the hotel and function room were and everyone who stayed said how amazing their bedrooms were. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was a long but lovely day and all the staff were so helpful and friendly Please pass on our thanks to them, I did speak to a few but I'm sure missed others. I hope we weren't too difficult!! I also noticed that the coir matting had been replaced at the entrance by the bridal suite we appreciated that. We wont hesitate to recommend the Charlecote Pheasant at any opportunity. We couldn't have chosen a better wedding venue, from day one the communication was amazing. Everyone paid such close attention to detail and worked so hard to ensure our day ran smoothly (Dan - thank you - you really went above and beyond for us). the room set up and food was amazing - all our guests loved the wedding breakfast! We had a beautiful white wedding and you all made it even more special. We will contiune to be customers of the hotel for years to come and we hope to see you all soon. Dale and the team were fantastic on the day ,everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. The room change arounds were seamless and our room decorations were professionally positioned which added to the overall ambience. All your staff were professional, polite and caring, nothing was too much trouble. Any request we made was dealt with quickly without any fuss. The tables and room were just how we wanted them to look. You have always been helpful from the first time we met you when we came to look at the Charlecote Pheasant as a potential wedding venue. We valued your help when we arrived on the Friday and also on the morning of the wedding. The Charlecote Pheasant will always be a special place for us and I'm sure we will visit on many times to come.

Hi John Hope you are well and not to tired after us lot invading the venue at the weekend ? I just don’t know where to start with it all John I really don’t ! It was beyond perfect yourself on the day and your team have blew us all away seriously , not one complaint or issues re food , drink etc . Such good feedback about Bar staff and the bar waiting times , we have never had luck with that when we hold big parties , you guys were amazing and everyone has said it the best organised bar they have had at wedding ! They feedback is has been brilliant and really positive and lots of people have said venue was stunning and the rooms were to ! I just wish I could stay another night int he suite as I’ve never seen anything like it ! Only slept a few hours so didn’t really take in getting the use out of the room haha . I’m still on a high and can’t thank you enough for everything you made our day.
