The Venue Hire includes exclusive use of all the reception rooms and grounds for your wedding day, all staffing, crockery & cutlery, tables, chairs and linen, plus the assistance of our capable wedding coordinators to help you to plan and run your event. We've already included VAT at 20% in all our prices too, so you don't have to add that on later.

Our price per head includes two reception drinks of your choice, canapes (optional), a delicious two or three course meal, hire of glassware, cutlery, plates and linen, the equivalent of a half bottle of wine per person, wedding cake (optional), flowers on the tables (optional), a flute of sparkling wine or Champagne with the speeches, VAT at 20% and of course all the help and advice you need from our friendly and capable wedding coordinators. We are delighted to answer your questions via email, on the phone or in person and give you a guided tour around Stubton Hall. We can make appointments almost any day of the week, including early evenings, with some advance notice. Stubton Hall a simply stunning perfect venue.Stubton Hall a simply stunning perfect venue.
Thank you Stubton Hall a simply stunning perfect venue for our daughter Briony's wedding. The attention to detail and very attentive staff made this day perfect. Vaas flowers were stunning , perfect colours , just what Briony wanted and more. Modern heritage dressed the chairs in the orangery beautifully. The food was excellent from the canapés through to the wedding cake , catering for special dietary needs no problem at all. Rachel is so professional, nothing is a problem, and we should know when we find out that ,our photographer had double booked ,when we were well into our preparations on the morning of the wedding. Rachel said leave it with me , I will sort this , and she did , two photographers and a videographer!! How amazing is that ? Thanks to Oehlers photography & Rob Scatliffe photography for coming to our rescue, we can't thank them enough . Also Carter for the videography ,a very big thank you. A big thank you to Jen for all her help setting everything up for us , just how Briony wanted it . The perfect wedding venue!!! Jess and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel so special like we were the only wedding they were planning. Enquiries and questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and on the day we didn't have to worry about a thing knowing Jess and the team had it all under control! The venue is absolutely stunning and we had so many compliments from our guests about it and those that stayed over absolutely loved the bedrooms - and the breakfast!!
