Stratton Court Barn

We could not have asked for more from Karin and her team at Stratton Court Barn! This was the first venue we visited and we drove away having that gut feeling that this was the perfect place for our wedding. Everything from our initial visits, consistently helpful and supportive email exchanges, to the run up of the final few weeks confirmed for us that we made the right choice. Karin was unfailingly helpful, cheerful and encouraging, and has an amazing knowledge of a brilliant range of local suppliers. Planning a wedding and the lead up to the day can be stressful, but everything was made so much easier as we had complete faith in Karin and the day itself flowed perfectly. The venue itself is the perfect balance of relaxed and beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. It worked so well to have our 60 guests gather together in this warm, bright and welcoming setting. We had the most perfect day and would thoroughly recommend Stratton Court to any couple for their special day!

From the day we looked around the venue, leading up to, and on the wedding day itself, Karin was fully committed to making our day as special as possible. Very attentive to answering any questions we had, and offering advice where needed, Karin's organisation skills and thoroughness ensured nothing was missed! She has an infectious positive attitude and made us feel at ease about our plans for the day. We are very grateful to Karin and all the staff who made our day so wonderful!

If we could score Karin more than 5 for everything we would! Karin is so flexible and friendly and really cares about your wedding; even though she organises 100s of weddings. Nothing is too much trouble for her to organise. She makes everything so stress free. The venue is simply stunning and Karin has really helped to transform the venue into a beautiful boutique style barn. I'd get married a million times if it meant I could forever use this venue! Karin made the planning of our wedding stress and worry free. Karin communicated with us throughout the whole process letting us know what and when we needed to organise and make decisions by. She liaised with outside suppliers brilliantly so that on the day she was in complete control and the wedding ran seamlessly and without any problems. Karin always replied quickly to emails and phone calls, giving us great advice and recommendations. She offers a really personal, friendly service.

Karin was wonderful at helping us plan our special day. She knew what needed to be planned even when we didn't and she helped us create our day with ideas of her own which really enhanced our own. On the day she made sure everything went smoothly and worked tirelessly, we didn't even know things were being fixed by her she was that attentive. Karin is professional but more importantly enthusiastic about making sure each wedding is special to each couple.

Karin and her team made our wedding perfect from start to finish . Feed back from our guests commented on how smooth everything went , despite rain Karin had a plan b which worked great . Her professional and personable manner helped ease nerves with all the wedding party . Her guidance was. Clear and friendly all the time and always with a smile on her face . From our first meeting with Karin to the day after our wedding we felt it’s not just a job she has real passion to make our day special.

From the day we found Stratton Court Barn online to visiting the venue and meeting Karin, myself and Katie felt completely comfortable choosing Karin to help us and be in control of our wedding day. We visited a lot of venues and Once we met Karin we know this was the venue for us. We knew instantly she was professional, organised, she completely understood what we wanted and what we didn’t want. She was flexible, supportive and she made the day unbelievable, she removed all stress of the day.

Karin was absolutely wonderful from day one. On the run up to the event she gave us a detailed list of everything we should expect and need to prepare for the big day. She also liaised with all of the suppliers before the event so that the day ran as smoothly as possible. On the actual day, she was wonderful and organised everyone involved wonderfully and sorted out any problems effectively.

You put our minds at ease from the moment we first met you and we are so pleased we chose Stratton Court Barn for our wedding. The comments we received from family and guests were so positive. I knew the venue as I used to attend Pony Club rallies on the land as a teenager, since then the old barn has been transformed into a tranquil haven. My husband had never been to the venue before our initial visit and instantly fell in love too. Karen our wedding co-ordinator brought all our hopes and expectations to life. As my husband said in his speech on the day, Karen turned our vision into a reality. Her infectious love for the venue made us feel at home, my Mum and Nan feel in love with her too. Our day was effortless with all our thanks to Karen and her team. We knew our day was perfect as everyone of our guests loved the whole day just as much as we did.
