Stourton Woods offers a stunning and exclusive woodland setting for couples looking for a relaxed, naturally beautiful outdoor wedding. Nestled within the arboretum in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, the venue combines the freedom of an outdoor celebration with the comfort and reassurance couples want for their guests.
Our semi-permanent safari tent sits on a raised wooden floor with beautiful views through the trees towards the deer park and lakes, creating a unique setting for ceremonies, dining and evening celebrations. With exclusive use of the venue over three days, couples can enjoy a truly personal and unhurried wedding experience surrounded by nature.
Stourton Woods is designed for flexibility, giving you the freedom to choose your own catering, entertainment and décor, or draw on our trusted supplier recommendations. The safari tent seats up to 110 guests formally and 170 informally, with plenty of space in the grounds for drinks receptions, outdoor entertainment and relaxed evening gatherings.
All the essentials are included to ensure comfort throughout the day, including indoor furniture, a bespoke wooden bar, log burner, proper toilets, outdoor seating and a fire pit for evening celebrations as well as a BOSE Music Speaker to Bluetooth your own Spotify play list! Camping, glamping and additional marquee or tipi options are also available.
