We are open to your ideas, so please talk to us. Whether an intimate wedding in the house or a summer marquee event for up to 140 seated guests, we can accommodate your vision.

Choose between the beautiful ornate Yellow Room and the formal gardens for your civil ceremony or one of our beautiful local churches.

Drinks in the house and the formal gardens with croquet on the lawn before moving to our beautiful traditional sail cloth marquee on the rear lawn for the wedding breakfast and evening party. What could be more perfect?

Our on-site accommodation for up to 10 in the private guest house and the luxury Bridal Suite in the main house, gives your wedding a 'country-house long-weekend' feel. Set up all day Friday, tie the knot Saturday, host a brunch in the marquee on Sunday morning. There's absolutely no need to rush!

Sprivers Mansion is uniquely set deep within 100 acres of beautiful nature rich National Trust estate land. Our aim is to curate a truly bespoke event for each of our couples and we host no more than 12 weekend weddings per year with a handful of weekday weddings in between.

I've photographed here a couple of times. Sprivers is a gorgeous venue with fabulous rooms and beautiful mature gardens. The interior is wonderful and the rooms upstairs are perfect for getting ready in with lots of original details and colourful decor. Best autumnal wedding! Best autumnal wedding!
My husband and I had THE best wedding day at a Sprivers mansion! Everybody commented on how beautiful the venue was and very private (there’s no sharing with other couples as the venue is yours for the entire weekend!) Our wedding day was Saturday 29th September and we were SO Lucky with the weather as we got married outside. With temperatures of 22 degrees at the end of September, we couldn’t believe our luck! The house is fantastic for photos and the marquee is a blank canvas that allows you to transform the venue into whatever you dream of! Best day ever!My husband and I had THE best wedding day at a Sprivers mansion! Everybody commented on how beautiful the venue was and very private (there’s no sharing with other couples as the venue is yours for the entire weekend!) Sprivers is simply beautiful! Its romantic Georgian facade and beautiful English country gardens make for a lovely intimate setting. You really feel like the place is yours and Jo (venue manager) does everything in her power to make it the perfect day for you. We received so many compliments on our amazing venue and we felt that for the money, nothing came close! Don’t hesitate! Book it now!Sprivers is simply beautiful! Sprivers is the most perfect, intimate and special setting for a wedding. The house is grand but not imposing and acts as a beautiful back drop for a pretty English wedding. The gardens and surroundings are beautifully English. We were able to put our own stamp on our wedding and choose everything from decorations to suppliers! This makes it unique from all other "package" deals in Kent. It's partly why we chose Sprivers. Our photos are fantastic and it's a day we will never forget. Jo was absolutely amazing when it came to helping us plan our wedding. She was extremely accommodating and fulfilled every request we had. She responded quickly to all of our messages, offered lots of advice and guidance with suppliers, and was more reasonable with her pricing than a number of other less special venues we looked at. The mansion and the grounds are absolutely stunning and relaxed, the perfect setting for reception drinks and the cottage is lovely and quaint for overnight accommodation. It was wonderful to have the grounds to yourself and as she only does a few per year you didn't feel like you were on a conveyor belt of weddings like with other venues. There was care and attention that went in to your special day and you have 2 days prior to your day to set up and prepare which was fantastic. We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting married at Sprivers Mansion on 29th July this year. Despite some rainy weather we still had the best day of our lives. The venue is beautiful both inside the main house as well as the gardens and surrounding estate. Jo was very accommodating and gave us all the support, advice and help that we asked for in making the most of the venue. We were able to set things up the day before which was massively useful. Would recommend Sprivers to anyone looking for a secluded country wedding venue with flexibility and scope for having a very personal wedding. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

When it rained heavily one August Saturday from morning til night and the couple totally embraced it, even sitting by the campfire with their friends until the wee hours, totally soaking wet, but laughing and having the best time.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make sure you use the on site accommodation, where possible, for the most helpful people among your friends/family as there is always a lot more to do than you anticipate and be sure to give both myself and the front of house manager as much information as possible on both of our check lists. Communication is everything!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

The Labrador wearing a GoPro camera on his collar to catch the day's action. The Skype session during the ceremony with the bride's Iranian mother who was unable to get a visa was very moving, as there were lots of tears. The father of the bride's Ceilidh band playing a full set at his own daughter's wedding. The stunning coach and Fresian horses taking the bride to the village church and bringing the couple back for the reception.

Secluded, bespoke, private, rural, authentic

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

The formal gardens, the Rose Garden, the Wild Flower Meadow are all lovely, but there is also 100 acres of National Trust estate that offer so many lovely old buildings, brick walls, ponds and sequoia trees dating from the 1800s.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We had Katie Price and Kris Boyson last summer, does that count.....?!! We have some more this summer, but I'm not allowed to say who .....

What’s your favourite canapé?

Our in-house caterer the Curious Eatery are so amazingly talented, that it wold be too difficult to choose a favourite

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

We allow pizza/crepe/fish & chip vans on site to serve all sorts of goodies to hungry guests, so any of those would hit the spot for me

What is your venue's most unique feature?

It has to be the location. There is only one house in the 100 acre National Trust estate surrounding the house, so the house feels very private and secluded.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

The fact that we only offer 12 weekend long weddings per year which means couples and their guests can truly relax and enjoy the set up process and enjoy being with each other for the whole weekend. There is definitely no conveyor belt feeling whatsoever at this venue.
