Here at Liverpool Hope, we will help create your perfect wedding day reception. Whether you dream of an intimate celebration with close friends and family, or a grand event with 200 guests, we have two venues for you to choose from. The Cornerstone is the Creative Campus’ beautifully renovated grade II listed building, at the heart of which lies the Great Hall, a truly unique banqueting space. The Great Hall never fails to impress with its double height vaulted ceiling and wooden floors. It can hold up to 200 guests for a wedding breakfast and evening reception. Outside of the Cornerstone building, the wedding party can enjoy Angel Field; a renaissance-style garden providing a tranquil oasis in an urban setting. With its fountains, impressive flora and fauna and picturesque scenery, Angel Field not only creates a place of beauty and serenity, but also provides a stunning backdrop for your wedding day memories and photographs to be captured. The Arbour Room is located in Hope Park’s EDEN building in Childwall and is perfect for wedding receptions, accommodating up to 72 guests for a wedding breakfast. With a dynamic lighting scheme that can change colour and large windows, it is a bright and airy space. Using innovative sliding wooden panelled walls, it can either be separated from or opened up to include the adjoining space with bar facility to seat 150 guests, depending on your individual requirements. The Arbour Room also adjoins the stylishly designed EDEN Lounge, where guests can relax and take advantage of the laid back atmosphere with its subtle lighting scheme and comfortable yet stylish furniture. Liverpool Hope University does not hold a wedding licence and so cannot perform wedding ceremonies.
