Had our day Friday 2nd June at the Haven and cannot praise or thank Sebastian and his team enough , nothing was too much for them and helped in every way , they made our day awesome and was great to relay on them so I was not stressed , thank you all soo much, all the best from Mr & Mrs Cross

My husband and I got married at the Haven Hotel and we had the best day ever! Amy was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, everything was done for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was amazing, all the guests commented on how tasty it was. I can't wait to come back and visit soon!

Dear Caitlin and Jayne I hope you are both well? Andy and I have just returned from our honeymoon in Cornwall, so I am sorry for the delay in writing to you? We really don’t know where to start. The wedding was perfect, everything we had hoped for and more, so please accept our most sincere thanks for everything you and all the staff did in making it such a fantastic day – we and our guests will never forget it. Hi Jayne and Caitlin Just wanted to thank you so much for our perfect wedding day. We absolutely loved every minute of it despite the awful weather! Memories we'll treasure forever. Me, Martin, our parents, our families & friends were in utter awe, amazement and joy at what a superb day you laid on for us. Everything was so immaculate, everyone was so friendly, courteous and all of you couldn't do enough for us. Me & Martin were personally so touched by the help, support, kindness and smiles you brought to every step of our Wedding. It exceeded all of our expectations and that of our family and friends. It is a real moment on our lives we will look back on with such endearment, love and joy. Me and Martin sat up at 2am after it had finished and you know...there was not one thing we could tweak, be critical over, or anything. We were so lucky to have our Big day in such amazing hands and we just wanted to thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for all your energy, time, support, fun and joy. Had our reception at The Haven Hotel 6 months ago and it was fantastic. Sebastien, Amy and the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The venue was stunning and the food and service second to none. Would highly recommend.
