As with any venue...

As with any venue and event it's not just the venue but the staff that make the day and I can not under estimate how excellent the staff and venue were especially on the day itself. Leading up to the wedding day our co-ordinator Emilie was extremely helpful and no question or query was any trouble. All the staff went above and beyond in making sure the day itself went off with out a hitch and any problems that did occur were quickly resolved.

From the outset Emelie and the team were responsive, helpful and professional without it seeming like just a business deal"; they took care to look after us running up to the day and definitely on the day. The venue itself has a great vista beside the canal and the view from our room was exceptional. We couldn't have had as good a day without any of the front of house and back office staff. Serving staff were very efficient and unobtrusive. Highly recommended!"
