Busbridge Lakes has always been a favourite for family picnics and could not have been a better wedding venue. It really had the wow factor with the birds and beautiful surroundings. Both us and our guests had the most brilliant day made possible by Bill and his team! They did so much for us and really made our day special.

Bill puts his heart and soul into this venue! We have worked with Busbridge Lakes as the Tipi provider for their weddings and events for several years. His passion and attention to detail is fantastic and he is a pleasure to work with. Here's to the next 5 years of working together.

We got married in September 2019 and chose Busbridge Lakes as our reception venue. We fell in love with it on our very first visit and knew straight away it was the place for our big day. The surroundings are stunning and it’s so well looked after by Bill and his team. More importantly it’s a blank canvas so we knew we’d have the flexibility to make the day into exactly what we wanted. We had the most magical day, everything we had dreamt of, but it was not just the location that made our day wonderful, it was also Bill, the owner. Bill helped with the smooth running of the day and was extremely helpful with guidance in the running up to the wedding with suppliers, recommendations etc. Bill is very knowledgeable when it comes to wedding planning and it put our minds at ease when arranging a blank canvas wedding. We wish we could do it all over again! Our guests were very complimentary of the venue and commented how amazing it was compared to other venues they had been to. We have noticed that many of our friends have now used the backdrop of the lakes as their social media photos! Huge thanks to Bill and his team for giving us the best day we could have ever imagined, making it very memorable. Busbridge Lakes will always be very special to us. We look forward to returning in years to come!

We had our wedding at Busbridge Lakes earlier this year (Aug 2019) and it was the most wonderful experience. It is such a beautiful place and feels so exclusive and special. Bill and Fleur were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we first visited - and our day would not have run as smoothly without Bill's advice and experience.

Beautiful Venue – wedding My wife and I married here in August. We found the venue by chance after searching for somewhere which felt a little different and unique. After our initial visit we were sold, despite the torrential rain at the time. An enchanted garden, hidden out of sight. Bill was great in the process, very helpful and good to have a steer on local suppliers for the day. He could not have done more to make things run more smoothly. Busbridge Lakes is not your run of the mill wedding venue that churns out weddings, which helps make everything more personal. It was great to see peoples expressions as they entered through the archway into the enclosure for the first time. Robyn arranged the catering which was sensational - we could not have asked for better food nor a nicer person to help us. We are still receiving compliments for the food and expect we will continue to do so for some time. No corkage - great !

The setting was perfect for us and there is so much nature to explore! The pictures on their website really do ring true. The owners Bill and his mum are wonderful people, very friendly and helpful. They were around to assist and have great communication. Thanks again! And thanks to your team of onsite staff for making our day run smoothly! We would love to come back to visit in non-wedding scenario to explore the grounds and see the many birds. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor wedding venue.

We got married at Busbridge Lakes in September 2019. Weather cracking and what a day. Couldn't recommend Busbridge Lakes or Bill any more. It's not just the stunning (literally stunning) venue. It's the logistics and smooth running of the day that made it so amazing for us and our guests. Bill has years of experience, knows all the right suppliers and will help you make the right logistical decisions so the day is perfect. I would highly recommend this incredibly beautiful wedding venue. Not only is the venue beautifully stunning and picturesque, the owners are absolutely fantastic and do everything they can to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible and completely stress free! Myself and my husband had the best wedding we could have possibly dreamed of!
