Super cool

Wonderful hotel/restaurant set in fantastic grounds, very friendly and pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble and they did everything to make sure that our day was perfect. Absolutely brilliant room {LYDIA}, spacious, superb bathroom, clean and lovely views. Food very good but drinks a little expensive but to be expected when you stay at this type of hotel, will not deter us from staying again. Perfect place to hold a wedding, highly recommend.

On behalf of my husband and I, I would like to say thank you so much for helping us organise our special day. We cannot express our gratitude enough. It could not have been more perfect and ran exactly how we had planned. It was such a beautiful venue and the staff were amazing and so attentive. I cannot believe how calm I was and that was largely down to the atmosphere that you create. You really understood our vision and managed to perfectly bring our ideas to life on the day.

We had our wedding here and well what can we say.....the venue speaks for itself absolutely beautiful but made all the more so by everyone who works there front of house and behind the scenes. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. The service was impeccable and friendly. Emilie was amazing and supportive. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our special day

Berwick is a fantastic setting with fantastic staff. We just renewed our wedding vows there and it was fabulous. Location - even more stunning than in photos! Staff - so welcoming and so very professional and helpful - nothing was too much trouble no matter how big or small the request. Highly recommend if anyone needs a venue. Always a warm atmosphere, and we cannot thank all the team enough for the great job they did in making in our day run smoothly. Thanks for everything - Kim & Chris x

My daughters wedding took place there on Saturday 30th March 2019. Glorious weather enhanced the beautiful lodge and grounds. the food was excellent and staff amazing. Excellent venue for a small wedding and overnight stay and very good value for money. Special thanks to Simone the wedding planner and Karen the lovely happy and helpful receptionist. Thanks to everyone involved.

We've visited Berwick Lodge many times over the years and we've even worked with Sarah and her team. So getting married here was an obvious 1st choice - and we were not disappointed. Sarah, Simone, Nicoleta and the rest of the team were outstanding. We wanted a relaxed intimate wedding, in beautiful surroundings, that felt more like a home than a hotel - Berwick Lodge provided that by the bucket load. The team seemed just as excited as us about our wedding day (as if they didn't actually run weddings there most weekends!). The day worked like clockwork and everything we and our guests needed had been thought of. The rooms are outrageously beautiful (we stayed in Lydia), the food was superb, and the grounds were like a National Trust Property. Loads of great places to have photos inside and out. We even had cheesy photos taken on the swing (which the kids loved!). Can think of anything else that could have improved it. Thank you Sarah and the team. We will be back. C

We had our wedding at Berwick Lodge and I can't thank everyone there enough. They were so accommodating in the build up to the wedding and their staff were always positive and genuinely seemed to look like they were enjoying the event. We wanted to bring in a lot of personal touches and Simone, the Wedding Coordinator, was always happy to run with our ideas, however mad they were. The food was a different level to other wedding food we have had in the past. We had sharing platters with local meat and super fresh salads and vegetables. All in all, really really impressed!

My new wife and I booked Berwick Lodge for our August Bank holiday wedding. With only 8 weeks to prepare - it went swimmingly. Exclusive use from Saturday 25th right through to Bank Holiday Monday. What can I say.... Simone (Event Organiser) and the whole Berwick Lodge team did an absolutely amazing job for us this weekend. The venue, the organisation, the team, the styling, the weather... we could do on... nothing could have been more perfect! Everyone who was involved from the front of house team to everyone behind the scenes, chefs, cleaners, gardeners etc couldn't have done anything more for us. Our families described it as classy, relaxed & having a feeling of it being your own home. What more could we ask for... nothing! Rooms - exceptionally stylish. We were in Lydia. What an amazing room. Breakfasts - whatever you wanted turned up perfectly Pre-Wedding day BBQ - the Sausages were very tasty, as was everything else provided, but I LOVED the sausages Wedding Breakfast meal - OMG - so much food, from the smoked duck starter, braised lamb main to the chocolate fondant... complements to the chef and kitchen staff The venue: you just have to book it. Having exclusive access for the whole weekend made it even more special. One final call our to the waiting staff and reception. How attentive, friendly and super helpful they were. Berwick Lodge, you did yourselves proud and you completely exceeded our expectations.

We had the most wonderful experience at Berwick Lodge. We stayed in the hotel ( Lydia room ) which was spotless and very fresh, we found the whole experience was superbly managed by Simone and we are so grateful to the hotel and all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us and our guests.
