The planning of our day was fantastic to all the planning before hand to the day its self and the help and support we had. Everyone loved alberts and commented on how much a stunning venue it was. The room was perfect and decorated stunning just as I described it to be. You are amazing, thank-you very much. Karen we appreciate everything you did for the ladies in the morning and the planning of the arrival of us entering . The girls all commented about how great you were and supportive. Sophie especially thought Chris was amazing for everything he did for us on the night to make our night go smoothly he was always their seeing if we were okay and cant thank him enough. Everyone commented on the the food being amazing. The waiters that was operating and running our room where so helpful and they deserve a lot of credit. Good morning Karen, Truly amazing, from the moment we sat down to talk about our options for our wedding to the day after our wedding. Karen was well organised went over and above board making sure our day was perfect, ensuring I (bride) was looked after from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the venue. Karen ensured all the finer details were confirmed in good time and understood we wanted for our day. Couldn't ask for a better event planner, and is a credit to Albert's. Day staff - for our wedding lunch, each staff member made sure everyone was happy and any special requests for our fussy eaters where perfect, even to the point in helping us with taking our centre pieces upstairs without hesitation. The food was absolutely amazing as normal - every guest was very impressed Night staff - From the moment we walked upstairs we was looked after, James looked after the drinks and was always smiling he was amazing. The bar staff was fast, efficient and always happy to help. The pate boards and deli boards where amazing as well - amazing value Clearing up - I don't know how they did it but they did, they packed everything up which we was very thankful for a perfect end to a perfect day Every person involved in our day made it perfect and unforgettable - we are looking to book for birthdays and all our events with you from now on. I just want to say a big thank you to you, Charlie your team for an amazing wedding reception last Saturday. It was more than I could have imagined and it was down to your staff making everything run so smooth. We’ve had so many people commenting on the venue and the food.

Further to our conversation earlier, both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. We thought the food was exceptional and the staff both downstairs and on the bar upstairs were very good and could not do enough for you. Regards Darren and Suzanne

It was apparent from the moment we arrived that this was the perfect recipe for the dream wedding. No other venue we had visited came close in our opinion. Helena was sensational - very on the ball and patient with all of our questions and last minute changes. Everyone loved the food and specific dietary requirements were catered for even those that we forgot about! We handed over our things and Helena worked her magic and made it look amazing, adding all the extra touches we wanted to make the Harrold Riley Room look dreamlike. We were made to feel like royalty! Helena and Jerry are an amazing team. They both worked so hard from setting up the room and catering to every guests every need, they even delayed the meal for us to have our speeches. The food was utterly exquisite. Everything was seamless and extremely professional and stress free.

Well what can I say, what a fantastic night, had so many comments on room, great space to have a party, the manager who was on (Katie) absolute star, friendly, worked super hard, didn’t stop, helped loads, felt like she was friend at the end. The bar staff were super as it was busy, cocktails were on point. Kitchen staff - food was great, just what we wanted and the cake was cut up and passed round no issues. Arriving on the day to sort out the room the 2 lads that were setting up were lovely and I believe he was newish as had ‘training’ badge on, actually offered to organise from his home (lives close) a white board that we could use for our hashtag sign as we forgot ours, over and above for us we were super impressed. Another lady when we arrived in the morning the next day to collect the cake and balloons, found our cake, brought down a few cards which were in the room we had forgotten about which did contain money so were very thankful for that, super friendly. Again, not a bad word about the Alberts chain, great food, amazing drinks, even more amazing staff, fantastic night, my phone hasn’t stopped since yesterday morning everyone loved it a night we wont forget and cant wait to come back to eat and drink some more. Please pass on the biggest thanks to all the staff.

Hi Karen What can I say! The service and kindness you and the staff at alberts Worsley were second to none! You and the staff were always contactable and very accommodating and very flexible to meet our needs! You made our wedding celebrations a very special day to remember always! I can’t thank you and the staff enough! I will recommend your venue to everyone and we will continue to use it as an even more special place to go now more than before! Many many thanks again Sarah

We had such an amazingly fantastic wedding day & we just wanted to thank you & all the staff involved with our day. Everyone was so helpful, friendly & professional without being stuffy. It was the perfect place & atmosphere for what we wanted & couldn't have gone better or been more perfect.
