What is your most memorable wedding?
2016 has been such an amazing and so-many interesting designs, it would be unfair to single-out one my client's weddings - they are all very special!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I do care passionately about delivering a cake that will impress - both visually and in taste. It's my personal and dedicated service that I'm most proud of.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Start planning early! Time ticks away before you know it and the premium Cake Decorator's tend to book-up a year (or more) in advance. Don't miss a slot!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I am always impressed when distant family members in other countries can join the wedding "virtually". I saw a couple have their in-laws "there" via a big-screen video link up. Impressive stuff!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I only use the very finest ingredients in my work and take-seriously my role in creating striking and opulent centrepiece Wedding Cakes or Bespoke Dessert Tables for my wonderful couples. It’s great to be a part of their big day and I really enjoy working with my clients to create something personal and special to them. I typically work exclusively on just one commission at a time to give extra care for the important intricate details – and I believe it is this which makes my designs so distinctive and Unique. All the cakes featured on the website are great inspiration, but the ethos of Unique Cakes, by Yevnig is to individually design and create a dream Wedding Cake around your special day. It all starts with us meeting for a consultation.
