- EEric25/01/2024I am coming backI am coming backIn a nut shell, we stayed here for three days for a conference, and found out there are so many things this place has to offer. What was extremely impressive was the food. Simply delicious and different from the typical restaurants especially at dinner time. Breakfast buffet was always delicious with fresh options. And lunch as well. I am coming back, but this time not for a work event. And if I do come back I would like to stay more day.In a nut shell, we stayed here for three days for a conference, and found out there are so many things this place has to offer. You see, I'm vegan and often find myself having ordinary lunches at different restaurants which do not specialize in vegan food. Let me tell you that I was wrong! I had a hummus pie (if that was indeed the name, I can't recall), a delicious potage and a yummy mango sorbet. Yummy!I went to Le Baluchon for lunch, and the food was to die for! You see, I'm vegan and often find myself having ordinary lunches at different restaurants which do not specialize in vegan food. Let me tell you that I was wrong!
